Program

We offer a varied program with different categories

of fitness depending on what you are looking for.


Modified Fitness

The focus of these courses is to promote better balance, coordination and cardiovascular capacity through functional exercise which can help reduce the risk of accidental injuries and better overall health.


Regular Fitness

The focus of these courses is to promote overall physical well-being.


Flexibility Fitness

The goal of these courses is to help participants improve or maintain muscle flexibility and strength.​

​​Each month we will offer a variety of social activities where members have the possibility to connect with others.  If you wish to join interesting group discussions or entertaining activities, check out the calendar of social activities and join the fun.
